History

‘Raszczyk’ was established in 1950. The aspiration for development of the company was initiated by grandfather, and subsequently father who set up ‘Raszczyk’ bakery on 15 June 1991 and therefore expanded the activity of the company.

We are a family company owned by Bożenna and Bogdan Raszczyk. Their children, Izabela and Tomasz Raszczyk, are the representatives of the third generation of the Raszczyk family who have been involved in the company activity.

The company’s motto is ‘Approaching modernity, remembering about tradition’, which means that the company’s objective is to ensure excellent quality of products which consist of natural ingredients.

Originally, we produced bread basing on sour dough according to traditional recipes. As the time was passing by, we decided to expand our activity and introduce a wide range of cakes and layer cakes and therefore confectionery has become our next passion.

The activity of ‘Raszczyk’ involves bread baking, confectionery, cake baking, small-scale ready-made products; additionally, the company runs a chain of cafés.

The company is primarily focussed on expanding its own chain of ‘Raszczyk’ shops. Both chain shops and cafés belonging to ‘Raszczyk’, located in Tricity, Elbląg and Pasłęk, are furnished and equipped according to modern standards, which creates favourable conditions for our customers to spend time in a pleasant manner.

We co-operate, among other things, with a chain of exclusive ‘Alma’ Delicatessens.

The main objective of ‘Raszczyk’ is to deliver top-quality bakery and confectionery products to its customers. Customer satisfaction is the most important aspect of our activity.

Our production processes involve the best materials and the most state-of-the-art technologies available in Europe. Our products are targeted at customers who take care of their health and are interested in what they consume. Our offer includes high-quality and lavishly decorated English-style layer cakes, creamy cakes for various occasions, dessert cakes, baked cakes, as well as pastries and cookies.

Trying to satisfy the expectations of our customers, we have decided to introduce a whole range of pralines with carefully selected fillings, which are tempting both with respect to their taste and appearance.

The company has a chain of ‘Raszczyk’ shops and cafés in Tricity, Elbląg and Pasłęk.
