The additions which we use can guarantee unique taste qualities of our products; however, their primary values are connected with health-related qualities.
The overriding aim of ‘Raszczyk’ Bakery is to produce the highest quality bread, which will contribute to satisfaction of our customers. The bakery maintains the tradition connected with baking the following types of bread: Old Polish style bread, wholemeal bread, or caraway bread. We try to combine our tradition with modernity, and therefore we also produce: plum bread, raisin bread, vital bread, barbecue bread, onion bread, herbal bread. Bread production is based on the use of natural acids.
‘Raszczyk’ Bakery is the leader of baking business in the Elbląg market. While taking our region into consideration, Raszczyk is the only producer of fine bakery products (‘kaiser rolls, pizza-flavoured bread rolls and baguettes) using the method of postponed baking. The method involves that 2/3 of the technological process is undertaken in the bakery, whereas the last stage, that is finish baking, takes place in special baking ovens which are installed in particular shops. As a result, our customers are able to buy freshly baked bread.
